There are many things that make up who I am. I am a polio survivor; my leg muscles are weak. I wear leg braces that assist me with balance and mobility. I consider myself a lover of music and visual arts. I use my eyes to observe, and in turn to create art that symbolizes those observations. The piece “Fragments” (Self Portrait) speaks about some of these fragments, some of the many fragments that make up who I am.
