My artworks employ found objects, craftwork, and natural elements, to evoke sensations of ancient cultures and alternate time frames. My paintings are mostly landscapes, seascapes, and cityscapes. They strongly locate the observer’s perspective - sometimes very close, sometimes at great distance - occasionally, even within the painting’s subject. My art reconnects the viewer to a disappearing mindset that appreciates natural beauty, culture, and craftwork.
